Dry Cleaning

When it comes to purchasing equipment, Twin Oaks goes first class. Our two Union Machines have unparalleled capabilities. Clothes come out scent free and are fresher, whiter, brighter and softer. These machines are loaded to 65-75% of capacity each cycle, meaning your clothes receive more agitation to get out dirt and grime. Every single run gets clean solvent! We also have an extra cleaning cycle, to make certain we get out every last bit of dirt.

Sheets & Table Cloths

Table and bed linens are a Twin Oaks specialty. All work is done on the premises, not sent to another laundry. Comforters and duvets, sheets and pillowcases, napkins and tablecloths all are given the “white glove” treatment. There is nothing more luxurious than laundered sheets, and if you haven’t tried it you’re missing out on the best night’s sleep.

Shirt Laundry

Your shirts are always washed in the appropriate water temperature. When you ask for light, medium or heavy starch or no starch at all we carefully measure out how much to put in the wash. For a shirt that looks better than new, ask for a hand-finished shirt. Our hand-finished shirts are truly ironed, pressed and detailed by hand.

Wedding Dress Cleaning & Preservation

Your gown is processed with the greatest of care, giving it a white glove treatment. Our process begins with a thorough inspection; any beading that is loose or needs to be removed was removed. Any embellishment that could be damaged was removed to avoid damage; then your gown was pre-spotted and cleaned; next it was lovingly hand-pressed, all beading and embellishment is replaced, stuffed with acid-free paper, hung on a padded hanger, stored in a muslin garment bag and finished with satin ribbons.
